This alligns to organization's values, standards and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). - Stakeholder Engagement: AngazaTumaini Missions will Identify and engage with key stakeholders, including employees, donors, partners and local communities. This will help us gather input and feedback to understand their expectations and concerns regarding sustainability.
- Economic Sustainability: Assess and manage financial risks related to sustainability issues and explore opportunities for funding mobilization through sustainable programs or services.
- Reporting and Transparency: Develop a system for regular sustainability reporting, using frameworks like baseline surveys, focus group discussions, feedback sessions, financial reports and share progress, successes, and challenges transparently with stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Establish mechanisms for ongoing monitoring and evaluation of sustainability initiatives and adapt and refine strategies based on performance data and changing circumstances.
